The purpose of this project is to understand the parking and circulation issues arising from the cumulative development proposals for the Waterfront. For the purposes of this analysis, the Burlington Waterfront extends along both sides of Lake Street from Main Street on the south to the Moran Plant to the north. Over the next 5-10 years, significant public and private investment is expected to take place in this area. Enough is known about the amount and types of this investment that a reasonable build-out description can be developed.
