This scoping study of Cochran Road in Richmond identified and developed separate recommendations for both the Richmond Village and Jonesville ends of the roadway as well as middle that connects these two areas. The recommendations are for enhancing safety, comfort, and connectivity for pedestrians and cyclists along the roadway and to expand access to recreational sites.

The Lafountain and Dion Street Scoping Study investigated potential street reconfigurations along Lafountain Street and Dion Street, spanning from Main Street to East Allen Street, based on input from residents and various public stakeholders. Alternatives evaluated adding multimodal facilities for pedestrians and bicycles as well as improved streetscapes. This geography was targeted with an eye towards coordination with upcoming utility replacement work scheduled to occur within the next five to ten years. Recommended alternatives include short-term low-cost options as well as long-term permanent improvements coupled with street reconstruction. Alternatives were developed with significant input from the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC), The City of Winooski, The Winooski Municipal Infrastructure Commission serving as the project’s advisory committee, local residents, and other community stakeholders.

South Burlington, through the CCRPC's UPWP, sought the support of WSP to provide technical services for exploring lighting improvements to better serve the needs of bicyclists and pedestrians using the separated, 1.5-mile, shared-use path that runs parallel to the west bound lanes of Kennedy Drive between Dorset Street and Williston Road.

Born out of the I-89 2050 Study, this assessment reviewed two interchange concepts, one in Milton near the West Milton Road bridge over I-89, and one in Bolton near the Bolton Valley Access Road. Both locations have previously underwent some form of study. However, the previous studies date back to the late 1980s/early 1990s. This assessment served to review modern geometric design standards and environmental requirements as they pertain to each conceptual interchange.

This technical study evaluated traffic signal operations at five intersections along the Shelburne Street corridor in Burlington and provided recommendations for signal operations improvements. The study area included the intersections of I-189 westbound off ramp, Shopping Center plazas, Home Avenue and Farrell Street, Flynn Avenue and Prospect Parkway with Shelburne Street.
