The purpose of this project is to provide a safe, visible, comfortable, convenient, and direct bicycle and pedestrian facility connecting existing and planned facilities in Williston and South Burlington. The project is to provide for pedestrians and bicyclists of various ages and abilities, while maintaining safe and efficient vehicular conditions along Marshall Avenue.
