The Northern Waterfront Connections Study was conducted to identify and evaluate conceptual alternatives for a new pedestrian connection between the downtown core and the northern waterfront. The study team included the Chittenden County Regional Planning Commission (CCRPC), the City of Burlington Community & Economic Development Office (CEDO), Burlington Office of Planning, and the Burlington Department of Public Works (DPW).
