This study evaluated the existing traffic speed and roadway conditions along the Old Creamery Road corridor between VT Route 2A and Oak Hill Road in Williston.  Vehicular speeds have been identified as a safety concern for the area, and a study of the roadway is needed to help address the concerns and reduce the impacts of speeding.  An online survey was conducted to solicit feedback from the community about safety concerns and desired features along Old Creamery Road. This study provided three concept phased improvements for speed reduction along Old Creamery Road. Each concept phase was developed from the five speed reduction treatment types identified under the rural roadway toolbox.
