(Stone) has completed the Right of Way Condition Inventory for Stormwater Management within Burlington Wards 5 and 6. A summary of the inventory and tasks completed are described below. Making Carsharing Electric in Vermont

This report details CarShare Vermont’s key findings and recommendations for effectively integrating electric vehicles (EVs) into shared fleets following a research-turned-pilot project. CCRPC funding supported research and planning, then CarShare Vermont self-funded a project to pilot our first EV with in-kind support from the Burlington Electric Department. The report provides more than 12 months of data about how the EV was used and by whom, its environmental impacts, and the financial and operational implications of converting to an electric fleet, as well as our recommendations for policies that will better support the integration of EVs into carsharing systems.

Underhill River Road Pavement Assessment – Technical Memorandum

VHB has assessed the pavement condition along River Road in Underhill. River Road is a major collector extending from VT Route 15 to the west to Range Road to the east. The study area consists of the portion of the road in Underhill which extends from Park Street to Range Road. The existing physical infrastructure, natural and cultural resources, stormwater drainage issues within the study area have been noted. VHB’s subconsultant (Sanborn Head) has conducted geotechnical borings of the existing pavement.

Bikeway Connectivity, Pedestrian Safety, and Stormwater Management in Burlington’s Old North End

The CCRPC and the City of Burlington partnered to identify options to improve connectivity for low-stress bicycling, improved pedestrian crossings, and stormwater management in the southwest section of the Old North End – one of Burlington’s densest and most diverse neighborhoods. The final report includes conceptual designs and conceptual cost estimates for the preferred alternatives connecting Battery Park, the Old North End Neighborhood Greenway, the Depot Street Neighborhood Greenway, and the Lakeview Terrace Neighborhood Greenway.
