This Richmond intersection project (STPG TSIG(1)SC) is one of four projects under this project number. The US2/VT117 intersection was identified by VTrans as a high crash location in 1993. This scoping report investigated options to alleviate traffic congestion with the least impact on environmental, historical and archeological resources.
