Description:
The Shelburne Road Corridor Study evaluates existing and future land use and transportation conditions along Shelburne Road (US 7 from GE Health in South Burlington to the Burlington City Line) and identifies system deficiencies for all modes of transportation; develops the future vision and goals for the corridor; and develops short- and longer-term recommendations that address varied travel needs, including those of motorists, transit riders, pedestrians, bicyclists, and freight carriers. The study also considers the corridor’s context as well as broader objectives related to economic development and quality of life in developing and evaluating recommended improvements.
