The Cities of Burlington and South Burlington in partnership with the CCRPC conducted the intersection scoping study to develop and evaluate alternatives to improve all modes of transportation and enhance the intersection to better serve as a gateway into Burlington.  This study developed short and medium-term alternatives assuming that they will be implemented prior to the completion of construction of the Champlain Parkway segment that connects I-189 to Home Avenue.
