South Burlington, through the CCRPC's UPWP, sought the support of WSP to provide technical services for exploring lighting improvements to better serve the needs of bicyclists and pedestrians using the separated, 1.5-mile, shared-use path that runs parallel to the west bound lanes of Kennedy Drive between Dorset Street and Williston Road.
