The safety review presented in this report includes two roadways in Underhill, VT being considered as designated bicycle routes. These roadways are the entire length of Irish Settlement Road and a segment of Pleasant Valley Road. These two roads serve as potential bicycle route connections between Underhill Center and Vermont Route 15 in Cambridge, VT, a popular cycling route in the state.

This scoping study identifies and evaluates alternatives that address stormwater management, bicycle and pedestrian accommodations along West Lakeshore Drive, and improvements at the Blakely Road and Lakeshore Drive intersection.
