The Town of Shelburne in collaboration with CCRPC developed a MS4 Stormwater Master Plan (SWMP) that would guide the Town's stormwater capital improvements over the next 14 years to meet the MS4 permit requirements by 2036.  This SWMP focused on the phosphorous and flow reduction requirements as estimated today.  Key findings from the Phosphorous Control Plan (PCP) developed in 2020 were presented throughout this SWMP to provide context for the remaining work required to meet the PCP target.  This study re-evaluated the Flow Restoration Plan (FRP) developed in 2017 to assess the feasibility of certain proposed practices, and to relate the total proposed flow reduction volume to updated estimates.
