Description:
Since 2000, the CCRPC has regularly assessed the public’s attitudes on transportation related issues. Previous public surveys were undertaken in 2000, 2006 and 2012. The surveys are collected from a random sampling of CC residents in order to achieve results that can be reliably extrapolated, within a margin of error, to the entire County population. This latest survey, conducted in April/May 2018, largely replicated the previous versions to note any historical attitudinal shifts. The purpose is to objectively measure public opinion regarding performance of the region’s transportation system and identify strategies to address existing and future deficiencies.
