This study addresses the traffic impacts of diverting the Park Way corridor along Pine Street from Lakeside Avenue to the BPW garage or to Main Street. As part of this assessment, a new traffic demand model was calibrated and run for the 2003 no build and build scenarios. Traffic was distributed onto the local road network, and the level-of-s~rvice results are presented which assess potential areas of congestion. Road improvements are then suggested to alleviate that congestion. This report presents a brief summary of the results of the modeling analysis.
